Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.

Looking for a book to purchase for my nephew and got stuck. Asked a very nice lady who worked in the dept and wow...she was so knowledgable that I went with her choice. But very impressed her knowledge of the books in the dept impressed the guests that were with us. I think her name was either Caren or Clare. I was pleasantly greeted outside the door and escorted to customer service where I had an order to pick up. The girls at the desk were so helpful and knowledgeble,really made my shopping an easy, enjoyable experience. The cashier was kind and caring. My whole experience at this location left me with as smile on my face as I went to my car.
