I am 75 years old and did all my online shopping for groceries for 7 weeks at Marche Faubourg Greenfield Park. This week I ordered 3 Lobsters for Mothers Day then I added unneeded products to make the amount for delivery. I received no lobster but all the unneeded products I received Called at 9 AM this morning and explained the situation and they told me that they would call me back I requested that they send me the Lobsters with no delivery or preparation fees and all would be forgiven. They

Poor customer service. No indication on their signage that they have limits on sale items. Stock personnel also do not advise clients about limits on sale items when asked to bring out big quantities. Surprise once at the cashier who advises there is a limit and that "the flyer indicates that the store reserves the right to input limits". Rather than being understanding and selling me the items, cashier/assistant-manager keeping insisting on the limits. No responses from store management.

Vous n'êtes pas chanceux parce que moi j'y vais depuis 14 ans. Je suis souvent en moto donc, j'ai un sac à dos puis personne m'a déjà demandé de le laisser à la caisse puis j'y vais tout le temps pour de la bière en +. De toute façon j'ouvre toujours mon sac à dos devant la caissière pour y mettre ceux-ci. AAA+++

Je vais a ce Iga depuis maintenant 5 ans. Malheureusement aujourd'hui j'ai recue le pire service que je n'ai jamais recue dans un magasin. Faire quelqu'un me suivre moi et mon conjoint parce qu'on prenait notre temps a regarder votre nouvelle selection de bière parce que on a l'air jeune je suppose (24-26 ans). Je trouve sa insultant me faire prendre pour une voleuse, avoir quelqu'un qui me suit pratiquement coller a mon dos?je n'y retourne plus vous avez perdue 2 clients regulier.
