Dura Housewares Inc. a family owned company in business for the past 25 years which specializes in "Ready To Assemble" indoor furniture, wicker and outdoor patio furniture. Our product line is a mix of manufactured goods from the Orient, Europe, Mexico and Canada. It includes metal, wood and resin furniture with emphasis on the R.T.A. concept for easier merchandising by large retailers and resin product. All our products have a universally accepted U.P.C. codes and are equipped to handle clients own S.K.U. numbers.     Service à la clientèle nul. Pas de remplacement possible. L’objet est trop gros selon eux. Et bien n’en vendez pas!

    WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

    I have called several times for help with a porch swing that had not only a missing part, but also a defective part. They NEVER return calls, and even when they answer the phone and I know who it is, they say that person isn't there and send you to voicemail never to be returned. WORST SERVICE EVER!
