    I called today for a cab to take some family to the airport. The driver from Atlas called to say they were a couple minutes away. An Atlas cab pulled up and my family got in because I assumed this was the cab. A couple mins later, the initial driver called to say they were here. I explained they had already left because they had gotten in an Atlas cab, and the driver yelled at me over the phone, saying I had no respect. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. I will not be calling Atlas again.

    INCOMPETENCE - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

    It is the second time that I put my trust into Atlas and they don't seem to understand how to pick up a client from point A and bring the client to point B. The taxi driver was chilling at the wrong address while we were waiting outside. The company calls me to tell me that the taxi is there but clearly at the wrong address. When the driver finally arrives, I call Atlas back to report the situation and the girl's answer on the phone is:"that is the reason of your call? [to make a complaint]".

    I can not emphasis how horrible Atlas Taxi Inc. is! This is exactly the type of business that needs to be shut down! The woman served me yelled at me and told me to "open my ears more carefully and listen!"
