Estimateur non-certifié GAA. Décision rendue à l`assureur même si l`expertise locale est déficiente et surtout sans validation externe. Résultat, dommage non-couvert. Dossier clos. Nouvelle démarche requise avec un autre estimateur et guess what.... un autre garage....

Horrible experience with this garage

Dishonest business. No concept of customer appreciation. Do not care if you had a good experience and whether you come back - and tell you this straight in to your face. The rental that they provided through my insurance, while they kept my car, had loose grill part in the front. It fell off while I was driving on the highway, and they charged me $50.00 for it. And this is after they Got $4500.00 from my insurance and $200.00 worth of repair from my pocket. Will never go back.

Best garage you can go to! Not only great speedy service and competitive pricing but the team there are people you can trust with your vehicle. I've had everything done on my car at this location, from body work to brakes or a simple oil change, its really a one stop shop for all needs (they even hold your tires for you!). Awesome lounge area as well if you need to wait with Sofa/TV/Coffee.

Great customer service and repair work! I've been going there for 13 years, and have always enjoyed their charm. Sitting in those seats while waiting for my car, I've seen all kind of customers come by their shop. I admire their ability to stay level-headed with all :)

I own a very rare...

I own a very rare car and I needed a repair to my rear bumper after a person backed into my car in a parking lot. I ordered a new bumper cover and had these guys paint and install it on my car. The cover was badly installed and the paint job had numerous defects, including "orange peel"... they failed to correct all the paint defect and blamed the bumper cover I bought from Honda Canada... Avoid this body shop. Not at all professional... Lousy workmanship... Be forewarned...

I needed as small...

I needed as small repair on a door. I went in for estimate, and then delayed to do it. They called me half a dozen times to get it done. Once it was done I noticed an imperfection in the surface. The area repaired was 6 inches long, they tried unsuccessfully to correct their poor preparation and came up with excuses. DO not use them, very dissapointed with service, attitude, and finally quality. They failed to correct what wa paid for.....avoid at all costs
