Meet the owner

It's the sweet smell of fresh dough that greets the residents of the Mile End every morning at 7 a.m. The baked bread is hot and ready to go at Boulangerie Guillaume.

People come here to buy golden brown buns for lunch or a fougasse for supper. On weekends, families from around Montreal stand in line to stock up on what some call the best loaf in town.

Hummmm what did I love ?? Well to start the Raspberry Choco Almond is to dye for ... literally it beats a croissant !!! In the breads there are too many to name !!! I also did fall on some Not-to-Repeat, but only a few !!!

Montreal is Canada’s most European city and you’ll know it the moment you sit down on a sunny terrace, sip on an espresso and take that first beautiful buttery bite of a croissant. If you fancy yourself a croissant devotee, put these patisseries and cafés to the test.
