Canine & Compagnie/Club K9&CO Club K-9 Aliments Et Accessoires Pour Animaux

We received very poor advice from the owner about the correct size of an expensive dog bed. She refused to accept her mistake notwithstanding our breeder, our trainer and even Bowsers the manufacturer confirmed she was wrong. Adamantly refused an exchange contrary to her own store policy. Moreover, the owner's manner is rude, snobbish & condescending. I am sad to confirm ALL the negative comments about this store & its owner are spot on. I will NEVER set foot in this store again.

My dog Jackson has been having a tough time with his joints lately. I was able to get him onto glucosamine pills and it’s like he’s a puppy. We can finally go on our long walks again, thank you Claire!

Super disappointed with their customer service. Very rude. Overpriced and the quality does not match the price tag. Will not be back, especially with all of the other options in NDG.

Best Pet Boutique in the West End!

Thank god for Canine and Company. My little rescue was struggling with horrible digestive issues, along with allergies so my friend recommended that I stop by Canine. The staff was sympathetic, extremely knowledgeable , and willing to help me find the perfect diet to suit my dog's needs. Been to a few other pet boutiques seeking help, but none came close to the service I got here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I love this store! The customer service is exceptional! The owner is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and really made a difference with my dogs health . I really appreciate her having taken the time on a busy Saturday afternoon to help me figure out what food would be best suited for my dog. My dog did not go unnoticed... he was treated to a variety of delicious treats!

The owner was exceptionally knowledgable about nutrition and more than eager to help me find the perfect diet for my dog. My dog is now on raw food, and the difference is night and day. So happy to be part of the canine and compagnie family, lovely staff, it's my dogs favourite place too!

The owner is so desinterested, snob, and believes she is so superior,look down at you and get irritated if you asked some information, worse she doesnt listen to your questions, and replies wrongly if she replied. Also she sells way more expensive than at other pet shops

Rude owner, horrible service

Don't judge a book by it's cover, lovely building outside, not very nice inside. The owner is rude, disinterested in her clients. There are too many wonderful pet supplies stores in this area to bother with this one. Prices are the same some why bother with this one. I am stunned that any one would put up with her abuse. Never again.

Quite Disappointed

I made an 08:00 appointment for grooming a week in advance. Turns out you are expected to drop your animal off at 08:00 and they will do it sometime later and call you. If they had explained that it wasn't an appointment, but rather a mass drop-off, I wouldn't have made commitments that prevented me from dropping off my cat. When I expressed this to the woman she just shrugged and said "It's not me". When I spoke to the woman who booked the "appointment", she seemed disinterested. Never again.
