The receptionist was not rude BUT SUPER RUD. And secondly they are using COVID19 as the opportunity to make money out of patients like anything. On one side doctors are not seeing any patients in person secondly hospital only except cash (I think to play with taxes). my Doctor on phone without seeing me in person gave me medicines for my back ingury and when i approached him again on my follow up appointment as my back pain was still there, receptionist refused me to see doctor in person.

I dropped by at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 9. I have never met a receptionist as rude as the one at Alpha Medic. If the goal is to offer the worst service in Montreal, this clinic wins a solid gold medal.

J y suis allee ce matin pour un test PAP. La receptioniste etait vraiment tres accueillante et m a tout explique car c etait la 1ere fois que je venais! Service tres professionnel. Le gynecologue etait vraiment tres gentil, a fait des recherches supplementaires sur mon probleme de migraines et m a mise a l aise pour l examen. Seul bemol: la ponctualite du medecin, un 20 min en retard alors que c est le 1er rdv du matin et il manque de la disponibilite car le gynecologue ne vient que le jeudi.

the service used to be very unprofessional and the receptionists extremely rude. But I must say since that new girl long dark hair gives an excellent service. Whatsoever, the doctors are horrible, not punctual, they don’t take the time to properly listen the patient and it’s needs. Easily gives you prescriptions without making sure you fully understand the medication, the reasons, how to use it and so on. I solely do NOT recommend anyone to go to that clinic. You’ll waist hours waiting for nthg.

The worst clinic in the town!!!!!! Terrible service! The reception put you on wait while they are chatting with other! And they sort of threatened me saying that: if you dont want this doctor notes, I gonna destroy it now. WHAT A POLITE RECEPTION !

This is the worst clinic in the entire town. The secretaries are disrespectful and unprofessional. the Main doctor, and the owner of the clinic, Dr. Rezaie acts like a real estate agent. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The woste wait time ever . Doctors aren't always on time and when you ask the secretary as to when they will she always adds on 15 minutes. During the week it opens at 8 but there is no doctor until 2pm ( if they arrive on time that is) . Certain patients always seem to have priority, so it is easy for you to get bumbed down the list even though you have been waiting all freaking day. I honestly consider myself as a patient and calm person , but this Clinique really puts those qualities the the test. Overall if you have classes that day or a busy schedule I recommend that you clear it because it is always a game of odds at Alpha Medic Clinique. The doctors do seem competent ( thank god) but if don't want a hassle , I recommend going somewhere else !

aucune discrétion la secrétaire a crier mon numero, pas au comptoir d'enregistrement mais bien dans la salle d'attende. je n'ai pas envie que tout les gens sachent mon numero. et que dire du medecin, je lui ai parlé ou j'avais mal il a regardé 4 secondes et ma dit tu n'as rien ..... bien non moi j'ai mal pour le fun et je viens vous voir pour le fun d'attendre

Worse service ever!! Underdressed and overdone unprofessional secretary treats all patients however she feels like treating them. 5 hour waiting times! Horrible horrible

Service déplorable.

Tout d'abord, les personnes à la réception manquent de professionnalisme. On a le droit au récit de leurs vies, commentaires sur des patients et plus durant l'enregistrement. En fait, elles sont plus préoccupées par leurs histoires que par leurs patients, une des raisons pourquoi l'enregistrement peut prendre plus de temps que nécessaire. Aussi, peu de respect pour la vie privée des patients. Si vous faites la file pour vous enregistrer, ne vous surprenez pas si l'on vous crie: ''Bon qui est ici pour voir le -ologue?'' Également, le seul mode de paiement accepté par la clinique pour les services est l'argent comptant! Méfiez vous et exigez un reçu.
