Ongles Diva Nails Centre Eaton de Montréal

Had been a customer a few years ago a few times because I worked in the area. I chose these services because the owner explained the quality of the hygiene practice they maintain with their tools and equipment. Returning, I was very happy with the service at all levels. Actually, did a shellac (first time) pedicure and returned after work to do the manicure. Loved the level of service. All the staff is very courteous, efficient, top notch. Conversation with Deim so pleasant also. Made my day.

je voulais prendre un rendez-vous, elle ma raccroché au nez. elle etait nonchalente et pas sympa du tout

Ils font leur travail terriblement, vite & croche, alors j'arrive chez moi et je dois finir de me limer les ongles. De plus, ils font mal aux doigts lorsqu'ils liment les ongles, avec des outils non stériles. Enfin, je suis venue avec un manteau que je venais d'acheter la journée d'avant à un prix pas mal élevé. Le désodorisant du magasin a coulé sur mon manteau et l'a taché. La proprio a avoué elle-même que c'était le désodorisant, mais n'a rien voulu de me payer au moins le nettoyage.

They are not friendly or neat to work, lousy customer service and expensive. The only advantage is that the store is open until 21 hrs. An advice? Bring your own nail polish

Never comming back again. Nail shape is crooked. Nail polish is bumpy. Costumer service is terrible.
