    I called this reputed locksmith for a very urgent quotation. They told me to send them an email with pictures. I did so. In great details! And after 24h still no reply. I call them and they reply they were too busy... just to answer to a simple quote. Why did they say OK yesterday and make me send an email and wait 24h for nothing? I am shocked. This company is sleeping on its reputation and does not deserve its 5 starts at all. A locksmith MUST reply very fast. It is part of their mission.

    Went there and fix my door knob

    I went there and brought my door knob because my key didn't fit inside anymore and they fixed it. It was quick and easy.
