Horrible service , they delivered us a fridge that died 2 weeks later and gave me a stove with rust inside and when you call to have them returned they are going to take a while to respond . Would not recommend, do not waste your time , if I could give a rating it would be -10 / 10

It was hard to reach them at the beginning. But once I did .. they were with me all the way making sure I got my machine. I placed the order and got it the next day! Good price . Went above and beyond to help me. Thank you

They are scammers and sell appliances that don't work.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their 1 year guarantee is worthless! I called and called and called, more than 20 times when my washer broke! Either the person I needed to speak to was out. Or the day of delivery of my replacement washer would go by with no contact from them. Do NOT wast your money!

Injoignable, ne réponds pas aux appels et as une boite vocale pleine. Me respecte pas ses échèances de livraison et n’en informe pas ses clients. Je n’ai toujours pas été livré et on m’assure que j’aurais dû être livrer le jour dit. Un service au prix des éléctros. A EVITER !

Tres mauvais service, que des promesses sans actes, J ai acheté un Frigo y a 9 mois qui a été mal livré les deux portes maganées et la tablette de l interieur qui tient les deux tirroirs aussi cassée tout cela causer par leur transport, mais malheuresement à ce jour que des promesses mais il n ont pas encore fait quoi que ce soit.

Don't ever, I mean ever buy from their stores!!!!

I had bought a fridge from them,and within a year it broke down twice. Both times they came and just added freon. The second time, I told him it was for sure some kind of slow leak in the system, but still he just added freon, "but more then usual", I told the guy it will happen again and my guarantee is finished in 2 weeks. He told me to take it up with the store. Last week, it broke again and all they offered $100 off disgustingly dirty over priced fridges. I bought one some place else. :)

Don't buy at Meuble Amigo

I had a terrible experience. Meubles Amigo sells very low quality furniture and electros. The washer and dryer set that I have bought broke and not only was it long before they replaced it but also, the new ones were also defective. This store pretend the machines are verified by a technician but it cannot be true. The manager lied to me several times and the delivery was poor. I also had to fight for a reimbursement. Don't buy at Meubles Amigo.
