    Would not recommend

    I went there for a full set acrylic. There was only one person who did them so I had to wait even though I made a appointment. That didn't bother me at all because I was free anyway. However, it went all kinds of wrong the moment we started doing my nails. The man rushed through the whole process even though there wasn't anyone waiting. He treated me very roughly by tossing and pulling my hands. I'm actually kind of impressed by the result considering the speed but my nails still look average..

    Great people and excellent service ,I would like to go every day ,just for the Danny and his staff ,nice and good people on summer day water give away was just over the top al hot days of Montreal summer staff was giving drinks FREE no business in CDN was doing this for that gold medal from me and I hope from the neiberhood

    I have gone many times to Katie Nails. I have always been happy with my manicures and pedicures. I have always been able to make an appointment by phone. One time, I called on a friday afternoon and they took me that very afternoon! My appointments have always been respected. I always manage to communicate with the staff. I think you get what you put out. I understand they may not be fluent in English or French but they try. They took time to help me pick a colour too. They are where I go now.

    Super bonne place pour relaxer. Ma manicure et pedicure sont tres jolie et j'ai recu beaucoup de compliments de mes amis. Je trouve que l'endroit est tres beau et les personnels sont tres gentils ! Fortement recommendé!

    Worst experience ever !

    Worst place ever !! they don't answer on the phone and when they do they are really rude . The people that works there don't know english the place is so dirty and they don't clean after them .Don't go there , you will regret if you do . It was the worst experience ever and I got Warts from the place .

    The worst experience ever with Katie Nails Spa & Lounge! I had a coupon for shellac manicure and pedicure. I called the salon a couple of times one month in advance to make sure I get the appointment for the day and time I wanted. However, when I came for my manicure and pedicure, my name was not even on their list. Then, they did not have the colour I needed and they did not want to cooperate in any way. I thought I would be able to do a manicure for my wedding that was just a couple of days after my appointment. But the owner of this business told that “who cares about your wedding and you should leave the place” when I asked to help me out with this situation. My advice: do not go there – very bad service – rude and unprofessional!

    Terrible nail salon

    From personal experience, this is one of the worst nail places in Montreal. I was kept waiting for over an hour because they try and squeeze as many appointments in as possible. Appointment times do not mean anything. The actual manicure and pedicure was very amateur. It was sloppy and the manicurist was careless with the callous remover blade. When the nail polish is old or thick, they add acetone to it to prolong its life and do not even hide the fact that they do so. This is not accepted practice. The staff appear friendly at first but are quite dismissive if you question anything. After a long wait, I left with sloppy nails, sore feet and spilled oil on my new sandals. Best advice.....go elsewhere!!!

    This ladie was late her appoitment, should everyone late the appoitment have to wait for the next turn, ofcourse yes. All th immigration come to canada does not speak local languages good , itsnhard to comunication with client ( hope all Canadian understand us , thank you ) . We really love to listen all the friendly complain from the client..because the complain make us better. Thank you so much
