Smiljana and Jeleana Nijemcevic, the sisters behind Planète Woof, take animal care seriously. “We would never sell food that we wouldn’t feed our own pets; same for toys and accessories. We could not in good conscience recommend such unless we felt 100 per cent confident they would be safe and fun for our own animals,” says Smiljana. “Our customers’ trust is of primary importance.”
To make sure their customers leave with the confidence they need to take the best care of their pets, the sisters employ an educational approach. “Taking care of a dog or cat can sometimes be stressful and leave people feeling insecure," says Smiljana. That is why Planète Woof makes it a point of pride to educate our customers. When a pet owner has all the necessary information, their lives, and those of their pets, become easier. It puts them more in control and helps them make the best decisions.”
