Went for a party. We were a group of 10. They got 5orders wrong, the timing was wrong and the quality was substandard.

Very generous por...

Very generous portions of delicious pasta! We also tried their meat (scaloppine con prosciuto crudo al tartuffo) served with salad: well, to die for :)

Where to satisfy a pasta craving in Little Italy

Il Piatto Pieno offers something unique: you can switch up the type of pasta with either taglioglini, fettucine, pappardelle, tortellini, gnocchi, etc., regardless of how the dish is described on their menu. They make a good carbonara that isn’t heavy with plenty of pancetta and parmesan cheese. Or try something different like their Boscaiola, an olive oil based pasta with garlic, onions, shallots, pancetta, mushrooms, Italian sausage and an amazing porcini sauce. An added bonus is that this restaurant lets you bring your own wine.
