    Jai demandé un plat sans viande. On ma servi un plat avec de la viande. Quand jai téléphoné pour expliquer la situation, on ma dit que jaurais dû dire que je ne voulais pas de viande dans mon plat. On a refusé de me rembourser. Je suis très insultée.
