Une belle découverte

Nous avions vu ce restaurant au Guide Resto Voir et étions curieux et intéressés par le concept. Bien que nous n'aillons pas goûté au plateau de charcuterie (nous y retournerons...), nous avons adoré notre expérience. Nous sommes allés pour le lunch et avons bénéficié d'une table d'hôte abordable. La nourriture était excellente, originale et bien présentée. Le restaurant est très agréable et le service impeccable.

And while Hambar doesn’t disappoint in this respect, it also has plenty of pasta dishes to choose from, we love their gnocchi with mushrooms and prosciutto. The gnocchi are made small and light, with plenty of mushrooms and salty prosciutto. Hambar also has a duck confit “carbonara” with pappardelle, and, when in season, a squash ravioli.
