The two owners, Dominique St-Laurent and Sylvie Longtin, are long-time friends that dreamed of opening their own business on the lakeshore in Pointe-Claire. Two years ago, Sylvie Longtin, then a sushi chef at Willows, leaves Hudson and together, they set out to create their own restaurant.
