Please don’t go here. They emailed me with an appointment time only for me to find out when I get there that a doctor will be calling me. After waiting two hours for X-rays to be done, the Dr calls me to say that she checked off the wrong box! They deserve to go bankrupt.

JE LAISSE UN MESSAGE VOCALE À LA RÉCEPTIONNISTE SANS JAMAIS AVOIR DE RETOUR DAPPEL. DEPUIS FIN SEPTEMBRE JAI LAISSÉ 5 MESSAGES POUR PRISE DE RENDEZ-VOUS DANS LA SEMAINE DU 21 OCTOBRE....AUCUN APPEL DE RETOUR...VRAIMENT DÉÇUE....SERVICE TRÈS MÉDIOCRE. MERCI.

If I could chose a no star rating, that would be my preference. Went three times on weekend to try to get vaccine booster administered. Got three different answers. In the end, would not do it because would have had to buy it from CDL. Not very human. Just $$$. Not recommended...at all.

Terrible!!!!!! I went to the clinic last week and I took my twins to the walk in, the doctor told me that my daughters had just a virus but when I went to see another doctor for a second opinion the following day, one of my girls was diagnosed with pneumonia bronchitis and an advanced ear infection and the other one a throat infection!! How can the doctor from the Brunswick medical centre not see that!!! This is really bad.Please don't ever bring your kids there! There terrible!!!

Worst service every by the receptionist for Dr. Kwan. I was waiting for the receiptionist for 10 minutes for her to be so damn rude. Telling me to just put my card in the card holder and she’ll take care of it. When there was her coworker right next to her that didn’t say one damn word to me. They were so rude and arrogant. This shouldn’t be allowed in a work environment.

Don’t go for a pelvic ultrasound there. You have to have a full bladder and they make you wait over an hour!!!

Worst clinic ever! On April 26, 2017 At 5:00 pm, I visited the clinic and asked a question about my situation from one of the receptionist, a lady with blue eyes, I started twice my conversation by saying hello, she did not answered me back by hello and I said again hello, she ended up asking me aggressively yes what do you want! Is it the way that the receptionist behave the patients in this clinic? Shame!!!

Horrible horrible service make you wait for absolutely nothing has no sympathy towards what your going through I had 4 people tell me 4 different things honestly not worth it at all rather go to a hospital then come back here .

Staff r rude and not welcoming. Dr saxon is great but staff,especially the secretaries are horrendous

Dr Stephanie Bakary is by far the best. She is very considerate and informative. Staff there = no opinions, mix with good and bad but more lead to bad staff =_=. They always overpower the admin side and not consult the doctor properly and make the decision.

Wasting your time...

Wasting your time and delay your treatment at your own cost!! save your self from harassment and go elsewhere. PG Daignault is WORST WORST MD EVER. i trusted him twice, he googled medicine to prescribe, send me to expensive lab test due to his incapable diagnose, poor judgement, refuse to give me antibiotics, delay treating me for 4 days, had me ended up in hospital for 8 hours just to get antibiotics. Hospital physician was like "why did your Dr send you here???!!!" just antibiotics!

Waited for my app...

Waited for my appointment for three weeks to see a family doctor, then the night before i was left a voicemail message in which they informed me that my appointment time is being changed to ealier. I didn't open my voicemail until the next day and of course missed my appointment. And they weren't even sorry about it. No respect for ppl.

No follow-up

My wife had her first pregnancy appointment with the doctor when she had 12 weeks. During that appointment she received the information that she has to do the trisomy test, which by the way must be done at 13 weeks at the latest. When we called they said they need to make a new appointment for that, but they don't have anything available in the following week, so how is she supposed to have that test done now? They could have told her when she took the first appointment that she wouldn't have enough time and book the appointment for the test at the same time.

Good Doctors, not the greatest staff

I usually opt for Brunswick for the walk-in, they're usually quite fast and the doctors are really great, most of the time. They're young and friendly, not old and bitter like some of the other Doctors at other places. If you need a gynecologist STAY AWAY! Their gynecology department is horrendous. I've heard numerous complaints and have experienced it myself. The staff are rude, the doctors do not care nor listen to your needs and they know less about the female body then most regular women I know

Must go early!

Conveniently placed, easy to get to whether traveling by car or bus. Only downside is that you have to be there very early (before opening - around 7 or 7:30) or you will either wait all day to be seen or not be seen at all - spots fill up very quickly. It works on a first come, first served basis - if you show up early enough, you'll be seen within the hour. If you end up having to wait, there is a Tim Hortons right next to the building so you can have breakfast or coffee to pass time. The staff are generally polite and pleasant, but everyone has their off day, and sometimes you may not feel the love from some of the doctors or receptionists. Nonetheless, their mood will not affect their efficiency.

QUICK AND FAST SERVICE!!!

The walk-in clinic is quick. The staff seems very organised. I was very impressed. The clinic is very close to my home which makes it easier.
