    If I could put minis one I would. My dad brought my laptop there in February and it never worked properly. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift to have it fixed. I didn’t have internet the whole time and just got it back now. I tried to use the laptop and it stopped working again the same issue: the manager “owner” called me after bringing it in and when I tried to explain that I didn’t want to deal with problems with the laptop anymore he told me “he wouldn’t take abuse” worst service ever.

    The technician at...

    The technician at this microbites knows what he is doing. i have not had a laptop since December. i have gone to many store to try and fix it but they all said hp dv6's are hard to work on, a struggle for parts and was not able to do it. this technician fixed the problem AND helped me increase the ram in my computer all within 45 minutes. For repairs,this is the store go to go. That technician makes it work.

    Worst place to sh...

    Worst place to shop! Their prices are not competitive. One arrogant and disrespectful staff who clearly hates his job. Forget this place if you want to return something back! Their service after sale is really bad! TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE!

    Extremely dissati...

    Extremely dissatisfied. I paid 85$ to have a virus removed, and they didn't even remove it properly and completely. They never told me that I could simply wipe the hard drive and resolve the issue myself. They even make you sign a waver BEFORE they give you your computer back so that they avoid any fault for their poor service.

    Be careful with these guys

    If you ask for a specific product from them, go to the cash and pay. They will had over your purchase and when they hand you over the bill, i.e. after the transaction is complete, they advised you that the sale is FINAL. (Usually that is no big deal). However, if they gave you the WRONG product - they will not exchange it even if it's the same price. --- Can't thrust a company like that. - I know, because, it happened to me.

    The place to go for computer parts! The guys usually know what they're selling, give good advices. Prices are good. Never had to return anything.
