Established in 1919 and located in old Quebec, Café Buade has a casual yet elegant atmosphere. You can enjoy typical American fare in the proudly proclaimed oldest restaurant in the city, conveniently located just five minutes from Château Frontenac. The popular nachos dish consists of corn chips topped with salsa, red onions, green peppers, jalapeños, olives and sour cream, all smothered in melted Tex-Mex cheese.
Located in the Old Port of Quebec City, Café Buade offers a wide variety of dishes in the morning. The au gratin breakfasts look delicious, but the Saint-Jean (poached eggs on English muffins served with fresh fruit, cottage cheese and veggie pâté) is one of the best choices to make.
