    Called the management in advance of my house sale to let them know I was moving to the US. Arranged everything in advance with the manager because I used to work at TD and yet was still there for hours bc no one knows what theyre doing. Manager apologized and gave me $100 out of petty cash for his mistakes My account was either/or to sign - a simple concept a teller should understand yet both managers didnt get it.
