lavabo de la toilette qui levait littéralement le coeur et cette toilette ressemblait à un dépotoir. Après ce passage très désagréable, arrivée au comptoir.... Personne sur place, attente et finalement une femme arrive "l'air bête" et aucune tentative de sourire. J'ai vraiment l'impression de la déranger du début à la fin de ma commande. Rien pour m'encourager à retourner chez Van Houtte !!!
