    Reservation number: 071800004805 Absolute disaster! Poor employees who work at this location. Yesterday they gave me an old car that was already damaged. Today while returning, there's only ONE worker behind the desk for all the customers waiting to rent and return. There's one worker for cleaning and inspection. I waited 45 min just to return the car. I have a flight to catch and if I miss it Via Route/ Discount will be in big trouble. I'm actually writing this while waiting just to return the
