Service stressant. Je suis allée chez Subway cette semaine et la personne qui travaillait n’a pas dit bonjour. Elle avait l’air bête et je me sentais stressée de dire tout ce que je voulais en moins de 5 secondes. Il y avait beaucoup de clients et elle voulait se dépêcher, c’est comprenable, mais un sourire ou un regard n’aurait pas été de trop.
