    Crack in my windshield. Called for an appointment 04/12 for 04/18 and was confirmed and appointment for 3 pm get there and they have no record of the appointment. Terrible customer service.

    Service médiocre. Non respect du rendez-vous, 30 minutes de retard, travaux lents, une heure et demie pour une attache remorque sans filage, incapacité de nous informer sur le temps restant des travaux malgré notre demande en ce sens, vérification du travail final dans le stationnement sous la pluie sans avoir valider si le support de vélos fonctionnait adéquatement dans la nouvelle attache. Finalement, rendu chez moi, je constate qu’une attache bungee est présente sous mon véhicule. Nul.
