    After a local IT specialty store rendered my aging Father In Law’s laptop unusable to him (changed screen settings) and did not actually activate the Anti Virus software he paid for, we went to House Of Stationary where Nathan spent at least 90 minutes patiently working with my Father In Law, diagnosing and fixing the issues and installing new software. There were no extra charges either! 500 stars!
