I am somewhat concerned this doctor still does not have his Canadian exams. It should concern patients when their physician has practiced most of his career in Sask and cannot pass Canadian training exams. Unsure why these surgical exams are not required to practice? Especially as so many foreign trained doctors would like to come here. NB would be better to find a Canadian trained, board certified, doctor.
