Fresh, Tasty and Addicting!

This is a little gem that is not to be missed! All of their food is made from scratch and is fresh as can be, (I watched them juice the fruit that makes the most amazing smoothies in the world. Don't believe me, try them!) The gelato is incredible and made IN STORE FRESH, the coconut even has chunks of fresh coconut in it. For a BC girl spending time in the prairies this place was heaven sent with all fresh veg and fruit and even flown-in Kona coffee. I will truly miss the friendly staff (I went so often I feel like I've been coming here for ages) and will be recommending it to any and all folk, only a minute or two off the highway for those cutting through and looking for a reprieve during a prairie summer :) Relaxing atmosphere and an genuine care for their customers, they have lactose free and gluten free options for everything (as far as I could tell) and made me feel at home right away. This is a local small business that has character and a easy going feeling. I honestly can't say enough good things. You rock Minisapoy!

Will RETURN!!!!

I enjoy the energy of the staff, they seem to have fun as a team.Being a diabetic,Type Two,I enjoy the selection they have for me especially the gelatto,I'm also Lactose Intolerant and not many places can or will cater to these specific diseases. Other coffee places I find the workers are snobbish and don't care about my business. I usually take my friends there and we always leave with a smile!

Best cafe in the Battlefords

My friend took me here after we went swimming I was surprised with the wide selection of foods including kona coffee and gelato. The Gelato is like something you would get straight out of Italy, they have changing specials weekly and the smoothies are made with fresh they are by far the best you can getIin town. The staff were extremely nice and accomadated my allergies to certain ingredient s in the paninis. Over all a great place to get together with friends or just come for lunch.

Bad food was not impressed

Atmosphere: The atmosphere was alright, it seemed a little dark but it did seem like a bistro or cafe to me. Food: The food was the deifinition of sub par, I was slightly impressed in the fact that they put croutons into their caesar salad wrap but it was downhill from there. I had the misfortune of eating a "Pepper Pesto Pannini" which for me was the definition of bland, all i could taste was 'blah.' They didn't put enough pesto on there, and the pepper which I was expecting some grilled roasted red pepper ground straight into the pesto turned out to just be an intrusive chunk of raw red pepper which had no place on it. Service: The service was less than attentive, when I came in all the tables were a mess and tangled together and all three employees were just sitting there having a coffee. I decided to ask the gentleman working there about the rumors of them being entirely Farm2Table and Organic and he told me it was misinformation and 70% of their stuff is premade and bought from a local super market. Overall: Unimpressed, with places like Crandleberries and KitchenZone here who do killer pannini's and always knock them out of the park you better have an amazing panini if you're going to put one on your menu. The sheer fact that the employees were just sitting there makes me mad because they have the time to roast the chicken and beef, make the pesto and caeser, and Cook the tortillas with the corn flour sold at that same grocery store.
