The Brick

My son purchased us touch table lamps with a USB port in the base. Susan was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are exactly what we needed for our living room.

I had an awesome experience at the Brick today. First I chose to buy furniture from the Brick because their furniture lasts. Today’s experience...was spectacular, the staff member (Zack) who helped me made me feel...how am I going to describe this?.. ( I’m here to fulfill your wish). For the customer service he provided me with, I would give ten stars not only five.

We bought a new leather electric recliner. Our salesperson was Nav. She was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She helped us get the deal we asked for, being pleasant and accommodating throughout the sale process. Truly a keeper, this lady!!

We had Darrell and Miles deliver our furniture. The entire process from start to finish was very professional, although we did need to wait for our sales person to get permission from his manager as to an agreed upon amount for the purchase we made. We had just completed a renovation, so I was very concerned about the delivery. Darrell and Miles went out of their way to ensure no walls, etc. were damaged. Great work fellows. In the future we will request these two men for future deliveries.
