Dr Akram Zwai Regina General Hospital

I could not ask for a better surgeon than Dr. Zwai. In his capable hands, he repaired my neck from a bad car accident. My recovery is ongoing and getting better with time. He explained, in detail, what had to be done surgically, including what I can expect. When we talk, he outlines further testing needed and shares the progress I am making. My life has changed from this accident, however, Dr. Zwai has given me "HOPE" I need and "CONFIDENCE" in my recovery. Thank you, Dr, Zwai and Theresa

Dr Zwai is an amazing doctor. He fixed me when i was in excruciating pain and had me in for surgery the next day. On the otherhand, the receptionist is horrible. She promises important documents will be done and sent off and they arent unless you call and remind her. Called numerous times and she fills out important documents the doctor should be doing only to have them sent back! She is always on her cell phone and has made numerous mistakes on things and doesn’t answer the phone on Fridays!!

Dr. Zwai saved my daughter’s life. So much pain she was almost at the point of giving up. HOWEVER his receptionist’s time and his time at his office need to better spent. They have had paperwork that is critical for payment protection plans. Receptionist casually pulls it out from under a stack of paperwork telling us she will get right on it, while she sits looking at her personal phone. Waited 20 mins past appt while Dr F Reception discussed starbucks. Hard to sell Drs are so busy!

Horrible. Messed up my surgery!!! The secretary is a real rude person and looks scared to death!!! She is not bright and is very loins and unenthusiastic. The Dr is arrogant and looks sicker than his patients!!! Falling asleep while examining!!!! Never ever going back there!!!! Beware.....?stay away!!!!
