Went in early first thing in the morning, I felt like this experience was awesome. Although I feel forced I am sure it is for my own good, Joseph gave me a paper with all the things I needed and recommended me to a specialist. I felt like he cared and asked me detailed questions and helped me in a timely manner.

Dr didn’t listen to any of my concerns and rushed patients out within 10 minutes.

I feel rushed every time I go here, he takes on too many patients and schedules within 15-30 minutes apart. Just asks you a few questions then shoves your medication in your face and out you go. I waited over half an hour for him to prescribe me with just simple birth control pills and I arrived 5 minutes early and he is still working with another patient. Then he helps someone else ahead of me. So much for first come first serve even with a scheduled appointment.

He is a very good doctor, he knows his job very well and treat his patient really good, even his receptionists always ready to help.. We are recommending him as our family doctor.

The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Balaton was excellent.
