    The concept of an appointment is alien to this company. They don't show when they say they will. Twice I have had to get others to do work for me that I had booked with them. They must be making too much money to give a damn about their customers. Don't bother calling them.

    They dont know what to do ... OVER CHARGING CUSTOMER. Cleaning filter they charge $150. Which you can buy Brand new For $75 .. Tech said they ordered new filter . after few months they didnt show up so called them. also i already paid invoice. the guy name Justin says that was for cleaning charge .. They are lier.. Also they were fixing refrigerator in which they did change compressor which cost me around $2000. after month same problem they came 7-8 times and charged me another 2000 - 3000
