I had been here before, so I went back expecting the same quality of food and service, but boy was I wrong! The service was slow and unprofessional and the food portions were very small. The burger I got was almost a slider with a lot more fries on the side, enough that it looked like a portion of fries with a side of a burger rather than the other way around. This was the same for the fried chicken we got. Not going back again!

We had a reservation and got seated right away which was great! Took a little while for the server to greet us but the restaurant was busy so understandable. We each got a house brewed beer and loved it! Food was delicious though we had to change our order due to items being out of stock. Server was nice enough but never spent more than 5 seconds at our table. He was rather hard to track down and did not do frequent checks. Loved dessert!

It was very busy when we came but we had a reservation so we didn’t have to wait long. The server was clearly very busy but she was friendly and efficient and the food and drinks were delicious! We will definitely be coming back. I recommend a reservation if you’d like to eat here.

Everything we expected in our annual visit from Ontario

Great bison burger, some gluten free and vegetarian options as well which is why we picked the restaurant.

On a recent trip to Canmore our family enjoyed lunch at the Grizzly Paw! We had made a reservation weeks in advance so no issues getting a table. We were seated upstairs and the tables were well spaced so felt very comfortable. Lunch was very tasty and the beer was cold! We will be back!

We were happy we made a reservation, it was super busy once we got seated. Because if this we were slow to get water/ drinks refilled but again, it was busy. Very good food and fast to get to us.

The only complaint is that my “new normal” was most definitely burnt on one side and was overdone (quite dry) but the rest of our food was good. Service was amazing.

Great atmosphere and love the bottomless pop! They were out of the burger I wanted though, which was sad! Food is pretty good.

Very nice and timely! I booked my table and they had it set aside! Something so simple made the night go much more smoother than any of the service i've recieved in the city.

Absolutely amazing food and even better beer fantastic service every time we come to canmore this is the place we always choose to stop for food.

I'd go with 4.5 for food. Just a tad too spicy for the Texas Philly! :)

Overall experience was good. Food was decent but had the fish and chips and the batter was really greasy. The other halfs burger was good and so was the beer. I'd go back.

Room was a bit bare and not very cozy, but we sat in the window which was nice as it was a sunny day. Waiter was superb, funny, efficient and never flustered although we teased her. Food was good, the salmon a bit overcooked but very tasty. Excellent kale caesar. Altogether a good Lunch. Would go again.

Kinda disappointed in our visit. We were sat in a corner with the coffee pots, hidden under the stairs. Flies were all over the place. Definitely not a great table for someone who made a reservation. Food was decent. The server was friendly.

Grizzly Paw is always a must when visiting Canmore! Love the atmosphere, food is great, service is great, beer is great, what more could you ask for!
