We shared 3 appetizers which were delicious, all got a ramen bowl and shared some sake. We had an eighth month old with us who loved all the food too!

Love the food here! We come here regularly for our weekly ramen fix! Had tonkotsu again and it was fantastic as usual. Thank you for existing in Kelowna!!

Huni was our server. He is great and efficient. Hard working guy. Food is authentic Japanese cuisine. We love it. We had wasabi ramen special and okinomiyagi (I hoped I got that right).

Please if you have reservations please honor it... We drove far and had to leave without even getting seated

We got sat and had to ask for menus as no one came over to talk to us. After we ordered thoug the service was great and food was pretty good. Not as good as Vancouver ramen.

My son and husband loved the Ramen. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much I could eat other than edamame beans as I am gluten free. The server suggested a tuna salad which she said was gluten free, but I soon found out was not. The salad was extremely delicious, but I found the greens sandy as I reached the end of the meal. I’m sure the rest of the family will return to enjoy the different ramen, but if you have gluten sensitivity, it’s not the place for you. The service was fast and friendly, and reservations were easy to make on their website.

Great quick service! I've been here a couple of times and it was always a great atmosphere and great food. Glad I made the decision to reserve beforehand as I've seen it could get pretty full at times. First time as a couple, will definitely come again!

Bit cheeky to sell ramen and then charge extra to have an egg or extra chilli oil. The quality was great, service was very slow.

Don't use Bookenda to make a reservation - we got to the restaurant and they did not know that we had a reservation. We had to split up our party in order to get seated. Beyond the disappointment of not being seated together - the quality of the food made up for that inconvenience. This is top-notch ramen! And we have tried all of the popular ramen places in Vancouver - and this one ranks up there! We will come again and next time, we will CALL instead of booking online with bookenda.
