The first visit to any restaurant since March 2020 and was very pleased with the compliance to Covid guidelines, felt safe and well taken care of. To top that off, the food was delicious, the service was quick and efficient and our waitress was amazing!! She took the time to ask us about our plans for the evening, knew the menu without hesitation and we never felt abandoned or rushed. An amazing evening of drinks, food and laughter.

Everything was amazing. We had not been out for a while given Covid restrictions. It was an excellent night with my family. The old school burger is always my go to and it did not disappoint. Thanks as well to Kyle our server. He was amazing even when we set our table on fire by mistake. Never a dull moment. At least they let us keep the ambiance candle burning even after the incident.

The atmosphere only gets a 3 because of the Covid-sparse decor. I know it's a choice they have to make right now and I appreciate them taking precautions to keep us safe. Thanks for a great meal and awesome service!

No complaints; enjoyable delicious meal. I accidently tipped a glass of water towards my wife; and servers were there before water reached her;...that's performance!!

2 doors down is by far my favorite place to eat in Halifax, and even in the middle of a pandemic, I was not disappointed. It was my partners first experience and he was also very impressed. Our food was delicious, the service was incredible as well. Our lovely waitress made sure to give us enough privacy as a couple to enjoy our meal, but before we could finish a drink she was there promptly to make sure we didn’t need another. All around another A+ experience.
