Unfortunately washrooms were very dirty which was surprising. Our server was lovely but clearly new and forgot many things such as steak knives... steak was excellent.

This steak house is to die for. Beats the Keg by a million%. My Wife and I drive over 1 hour each way just to eat here because it is so good. The manager Elizabeth and our server Connor are amazing and they make our visit each time an experience to remember. My wife and I come pretty often, and each time it gets better and better. Be there again soon.

Steak was dry, mashed potatoes had no flavour not garlic and French onion soup taste burnt. I would not recommend nor would I ever go back. Meal cost $230 for two people and it was not good.

When you go to a steak house, you expect that they know how to cook a steak!! Well most places, do... the Server took care of complimenting a $14.95 cheesecake. Overpriced overall, for the quality of beef and desert:(

The restaurant and staff were wonderful but the food was just OK. 3 steaks all ordered medium rare one was medium, one was rare and only one came as ordered.... not quite what you expect from a high end steak house

We went for my boyfriends birthday. We were both terribly dissappointed. The kitchen refused to do even the smallest of modifications- such as not using oil on my veggies, or grilling the onions instead of frying. Both of our steaks were cooked to the correct temp, but were the toughest steaks we’ve ever head. My server asked me to cut into my steak in front of him to check the doneness “at the chefs request”. Never in my life have I heard of a chef asking a paton to “check” his cooking. I removed the garnish to cut into my steak only to find that it was cut in half already by the kitchen, then the cut was hidden by the garnish. If you cant cook a steak with out cutting into it, you shouldnt be a chef at a steak house! It seemed like more of a fast food restaurant then a fine dining steak house. The waitstaff was just ok. We disnt blame them, they obviously werent trained or educated well on Their product or services. I was embarassed to have taken my boyfriend there. We wont be going back.

We asked for a glass of house white wine and our bill indicated it was $23 for the glass. I'm not sure if they just took the liberty of giving us a ridiculously priced house wine or if that is what their house wine costs. The food was incredible, but the wine was a turn off. It was also a turnoff that when we asked to split our 18 oz ribeye steak, it was an extra $15 for splitting. It was a $64 large steak, it wasn't like we were splitting something to be cheap. The waiter waved that charged for us graciously, but what a turn off that they would even suggest that in this day and age of social awareness of others around the world that do not have enough food, that asking to split a large meal to not waste would incur a charge for that. The steak was incredible, but it's too bad for the 2 turnoffs.

Your waiter told me your internet was down and that my credit card payment didn't go through, and I had to pay cash. I paid cash on Monday October 22nd. However, it appears the charge did go through on my credit card. So you criminals double charged me. You will be hearing from me, I will be contacting my credit card company and leaving horrible reviews everywhere.

My concern is when it was time to pay the server took my credit card and disappeared and charged 109.61 on my card without bringing machine so I can put the PIN in so how this was done raises concerns. Joe V is the server if, in fact, that is his real name. Seemed something fishy so now I will monitor CC for illegal activity.

Not very good steaks,, they should buy higher quality meat if there going to charge $80 a steak.we had a problem with are food but they did there best to make us happy .would not go back.

Thank you for the opportunity to reply. Overall the meal was good. I requested a reservation time of 8pm but was told only 6:30pm was available. When we left the restaurant at 9pm it was empty and had never been full. My kids ordered steaks. One was requested as med-rare but parts of it was very rare. My daughter ordered a medium but parts were well done. They both could not finish their meals. I had the pickerel which was very good. My husband had the lamb chops and enjoyed them as well.

Good location and nice inside or outside. For a steakhouse though, there is more to be desired. I am used to butcher cuts of prime grade beef and although the grade is claimed to be prime I would think different. For someone used to grocery store grade beef then this steakhouse will meet and exceed expectations. This place needs to reduce prices by half to meet their mark. Current pricing is that of a medium-high end steakhouse. It would be nice if they offered kobe at market price, but maybe not enough demand.

Andrew was fantastic. Jason greeted us at the door with a huge congratulations on our anniversary dinner. The bar sent us complimentary champagne. Atmosphere was perfect for a romantic dinner. We were thrilled with the entire experience.

The whole experience was incredible. Chris, our server, was exceptional. We absolutely enjoyed every moment - from the appetizers to the warm brownie dessert. If i could rate it higher than five stars - i would.. We will most definitely be back.
