C&A hosted our reunion for 24 people in the Wine Room. I want to thank the manager for helping with all our arrangements and responding promptly to all my questions and requests. He made the whole thing easy to arrange. Congratulations to the chef on a superb meal. I had a salad, salmon and apple pie and they were all delicious. I heard good things from others who had the soup du jour, steak and chicken. Thank you to our server, Rob, who was patient and efficient with a hard to organize group! I highly recommend C&A!!

Emily was amazing! I don't think I've EVER had a server ask us for our names and become a part of our evening in such a nice way. She really did everything she could to make our night special.

I really wanted to give this place a negative 5 star review but won't let me. This was the worst service and meal ever. And I had to pay $196 for nothing. Left our food on the table including a $50+ of wine we were so upset. Went there for our 30th anniversary and left fully pissed off. First they spilled the wine as they opened it all over the table and my wife. Then the bread was late. So far I could live with it. Then we get our meals. And the salt shaker was empty. Again a little issue. Grab one for the table beside us..... It is empty as well. Ask a passing waiter and he says we have to wait. Brings us one and I just checked it to be sure and he States sarcastically I would not bring an empty one. WTF. Then he proceeds to discuss us in the kitchen area and we can hear them. That is bullS#@$. Never going back

We first ate here a year and a half ago and had an incredible experience. We measure quality of other restaurants against C&A since then and none compared to their quality and flavour! We were worried when we returned that it may not be as good as we remembered it to be, and were so wrong. Another FANTASTIC 5-star meal that just blew our minds! Thank you for another memorable evening!

Emily provided superlative service for our first dinner of our Honeymoon. We were well greeted by the Maitre D and she then took over and provided a friendly but very professional experience. The food was superb and when I wanted a replacement Bernaise sauce with a thicker consistency, there was no egocentric resistance and I quickly had what I wanted. A class act all around and a wonderful memory for my wife and I. Phil Richardson

Had high hopes for this restaurant .. my steak was cooked to medium and not medium rare .. in addition both of our steaks were dry and lacked seasoning.. overall we were very disappointed

We got to C&A Steak Company a bit earlier than our reservation. We were seated right away since it was not as busy. The servers were fantastic, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was enjoyable especially since it my wife were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food was delish! We started with the stuffed portobello mushrooms and for our main ordered the bone-in ribeye with mash potatoes, green beens and onion strings as for sides. it was more than enough food for my wife and I. We definitely enjoyed our dinner at C&A Steak Company.

Very good service. It started off slow but once our server came to the table, she apologized for the delay several times. After that it was a great experience, appetizers were tasty. And the entrees were good too. Our sever recommended the chocolate cake for dessert, and that was delicious. Overall good atmosphere and a very pleasant evening.

We dined at this restaurant twice in 2015, which triggered our return this year. We were extremely disappointed. We made a reservation and when we arrived, there was only one other couple in the restaurant. The restaurant carries no non-alcoholic beer. It only carries large sizes of mineral water. Neither is the sign of a good restaurant. We were offered the opportunity to substitute fries for mashed potatoes, which we did, however we were not advised that there was an $8 charge, PER PERSON for this. We only learned when presented with the bill. While the food was excellent, in our opinion it was overpriced. All in all, we were extremely disappointed and will neither be returning nor recommending the restaurant to others. Management needs to rethink its approach.

We were one of the first people in the restaurant. It took one hour for our mains to come out in which they got our orders wrong. It was pushing an hour and forty-five minutes before we had to cancel my wife's meal in which at that time we were told the dish was 'almost' ready in which they wanted us to take home so we can be charged. As for the food, the prices are on par with downtown Toronto steak houses such as harbour 60 but quality is inferior to your 24 hour diner that sells steaks. The chef does not know what medium rare looks like because all the steaks that did make it out (about 10 minutes at a time after the hour it took). The steak wither came out over cooked or under. My steak came out blue when it was suppose to be medium rare. As for the quality of the steaks, let's just say a quarter of the steak was not edible, I will not go into much detail. Overall the experience was horrible and was the only negative part of our vacation in blue mountain. Based off our experience, I would not recommend this steakhouse to anyone unless they want to be overcharged, wait 1-2 hours for their food and have their food not come out to your preference. Definitely a sad experience.

Steak was filled with tough fat that you couldn’t chew. Meal was warm not hot. Way to over priced for what you actually get. Service was great. Had a new girl that would do anything to help. Will not be back though. Will just go to The Keg and get a better meal at a third of the price.

1. Issues with reservation. 2 Ordered a medium steak - it was over cooked. Sent it back 3 TIMES! I just accepted it the third time as the rest of my family had finished their dinner. Our server was very apologetic, felt bad for her. Spoke to the manager, he didn’t seam to care. We were returning customers. We will NEVER be back!

Service was not enjoyable. The server seemed strange, stumbling with words, selling us steaks we were already there to eat. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 steaks and I asked for an order of steak fries be brought to the table first (something to nibble on as we wait for our steaks) the server tried to tell me “they don’t do that” do what? Bring food on your menu I’m ordering to the table? After 2 conversations of the server denying me an order of steak fries she was miraculously able to get the food I ordered to the table. I have been in the service industry and instances like this really stand out. Where the server isn’t in hanging the experience but taking away from it by being difficult. I found her attitude towards suck a simple request ridiculous. We won’t be returning here.

Good atmosphere and service. Food itself was a bit overrated and overpriced. Although the scallops appetizer was delicious, the rest of our meal (steak, mashed potatoes, etc) were just ok. The wine selection: if you want a decent wine, be prepared to spend an astronomical amount. We settled for a $55 Cab Sauv from CA and honestly, it wasn’t that great. We told the restaurant it was our birthdays (combined) that we were celebrating. They did not acknowledge this which was disappointing. Overall: ok but wouldn’t go back.

The food was just OK, nothing special. Our steaks were served to us within 8 minutes of ordering them, a little too fast, it felt rushed and not relaxed. The rice was bland and had a pre packaged feel to it. The peppercorn sauce on my steak was thrown on quickly, definitely no marks for presentation on anything that was served. The food was OK but make no mistake this is no Keg or Ruth's Chris and the prices are similar which is to be expected in a Resort community.
