Very Good Meal and Service

Enjoyed ourselves very much.

Server was very attentive until we paid the bill. After that we stayed and was chatting, no one came by to see if we wanted anything else. We had to flag someone down to get refills on water.

Excellent food excellent service. This is my go to place when we have work events or client lunches.

Atmosphere was not bad, it just gets a little noisy at times.

For such a large crowd of people, the service was excellent!

Lisa was our server and she was great. There were 10 of us and we were all very pleased

I was organizing for a group of 14 teachers on a tight timeline for lunch and so ordered the food in advance. All orders were done correctly and the staff immediately learned to identify us all by name for the purpose of drinks, food and bills. The food was ready exactly when we had asked and we ended up with lots of time to visit after eating. Thank you so much for a great experience. Looking forward to next time!

A little dark.

Wonderful food and service. We were celebrating three birthdays, and they put candles in the cake and brought it our for us to have for our desert. Terrific Experience Overall.

The service was not at all up to mark. The food was delayed. The kids meals were served with no carrot sticks or cucumbers. Apple slices were also brought when asked and were rotten. On exit kids were not given any toys. They might not be expensive but mean a value to kids. Bad experience overall.

Good family dinner. Quesadillas with rice and all the usual toppings were fresh, clean and tasty enough. Calamari were above average but not yet "amazing!". Service is very friendly. Overall a very nice family dinner experience. On our list for "where to go for dinner".

Our server Amanda was fantastic! We were a large group and she handled everything perfectly. The food was fantastic!

Very appreciative of the fact that we were accommodated last minute (Called to reserve on Friday night), but I was made to feel when reserving that they were extremely busy and it'd be a tight fit if they were able to take us... Well there was really no other guests dining when we arrived, so that was a bit unnecessary. In addition to this, it took way too long for food to come out. We were essentially on our 2nd and 3rd round of drinks before one of us inquired about the food. Shortly after she did, food came out. Wasn't really worth the wait for most of us, and our hostess/server was clearly condescending and over it after we talked about the food coming so late, which is uncalled for. The food was taking a long time, it's your job to deal with it, becoming patronizing after this is unnecessary. And then offering free pita bread for the wait? Really should have just apologized and left it at that. The "free pita bread" was insulting, especially since none of the 3 who ordered that appetizer made the initial complaint. Calamari didn't sit well, 2 of us had serious diarrhea the next day, another a quite upset stomach. 3 people who had the pita dip weren't feeling well the same night. Just not good. Thank you, but we were expecting the experience we had 2 years ago, and definitely didn't get that.

Food was very tasteless and one meal tasted spoiled. There was also a fly in the food and flying around the table. Worst experience at a restuarant. The food wasnt worth the price.

long wait to order and to get foodand drinks - seem like they were understaffed Waitress was very good. We sat on the patio - Need more umbrellas'!!. Door to patio was very heavy & hard to open. Waitress were struggling to open and they were carrying drinks!. Was our first time at Turtule jack I enjoyed my food and the others in my party did too.

I sat in the Bar area. The bartender was very friendly and quick to take our order. He brought extra sauce for our wings without asking. Much appreciated! Refills were offered promptly. A great place to eat! The gluten free bun for by burger was great!

Waiteress was slow, didnt ask what wine we wanted, charged for the most expensive wine, she also charged me extra for the caesar I never got. Had the Taco chicken gucamale meal. hardly any chicken in it . tasted bland! Waitress left serving tray on my table when I went to the bathroom full of other peoples dirty glasses....disgusing.
