    We had a full on Teppenyaki set for dinner and had ordered a vegetarian sushi roll as an appetizer. The wrong one was brought and it had to go back. Our server repeatedly told us the replacement was coming out. Everyone else at the table received their appetizers including seconds and ours still didn't come out. The server had offered chopsticks to the rest of the table and neglected to ask us. It seemed he was avoiding eye contact as we were still waiting for our sushi. He said it was coming out and the chef arrived to start preparing the meal. We finally got our sushi but it was disappointing as they looked like they were falling apart when they were served. It could have been an off night for the server so we are willing to come back again.

    Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Half of our group of 6 didn’t get their appetizers or second drink ordered. We were raced to our seats and raced out the door. I’ve never had a meal and a bill for dinner served so quickly. We did make a complaint to management. Food was just OK nothing special. Would I go again?? Not a chance.

    It’s a great time just a little pricey for what it is and we weren’t told that the wonton soup was an upgrade! I can understand the lobster being more but 5 dollars for chkn fried rice upgrade is a little much being as that the rice is the whole point of the show lol great time and great staff just a little too pricey for what it is

    Our meal was fantastic again as this was our second visit. The only thing is that there was a little bit of confusion with the ordering our appetizer. I believe it was the manager who came to the table and I mentioned to her that I had allergies to shrimp crab and lobster. Our meal was part of a WagJag and it included a Chef's Choice sushi roll. I indicated we required vegetarian and there was some confusion as we received it with crab. It was immediately rectified by our server so we were quite satisfied with how quickly the issue was fixed. She was also diligent to ensure that the chef was aware that I had these allergies. He prepared our food first which was much appreciated.

    will never go back again. my son ordered what he always does the 2 meat item meal. they changed it. now you must order 2 different items not any 2 items. her ordered double serloin steak. got charged 54$ instead of $27. because he ordered 2 of the same meat item was charged for 2 meals. Talked to the owner about our bill and he would not change it. it was a 5$ upgrade for fillet, but 27$ for serloin. worst thing the owner was our Cook. Why were we not notified of this by our server or the cook/owner when he placed the order or when it was read back to us before cooking. we were regulars going 1 time a month, will not be back.

    This was our second time there and it’s a pretty fun experience! The only thing I recommend is having the staff get better about drink refills. Our first visit, we had to go find someone to bring us refills and then it still took forever to get them. On our second visit, the refills were ordered and when we left almost 25 minutes later, we still hadn’t gotten them. The first time we just assumed the waitress was busy but after experiencing the same thing at our next visit, I figured it was something the staff should be better trained on. Other than that minor issue, we had a great time at both visits and will definitely go again!

    So fun and great food. However the coffee was expensive for the size, our chef at the table didn’t seem interested in performing his cooking specialty the same or better then the other tables chef. Waited almost till dinner serving for the one coffee that was ordered? Could offer debit for paying? And have a bit better show. Not sure everything should be cooked together since some orders were based on ounces and we felt that the last person to be served got shorted on the amount of food put on the plate. Perhaps a show could be for just one family?
