Waited to long before anybody came to table. (35 min)
Ordered wine when server came & told her if wine doesnt arrive in 2 min. then were gone. Wine bottle did arrive in 2 min. But then an unnecessary wait for food to arrive. Wild Boar seemed non-existent in main dish. Had to change price on bill for wine.( charged for 1 L instead of 750ml) Service definitely needs improvement.( Pour wine into our glasses during meal & ask us how the food is during meal)
I'm surprised this restaurant only has a 3-star rating average. It is definitely overpriced, but definitely worth it for a splurge. Arugula salad and soup were good, but the real winner was the osso bucco pasta. I honestly can't remember when I had Italian food this good. One of my new fave places for a splurge, despite the priciness.
Wow, all I have to say.. food was amazing I went with 4 of my friends and everything we got was perfect. The pizza is was great pasta was cooked to perfection I recommend the butternut squash ravioli. I have no complaints my waiter was hilarious and very attentive and had a great knowledge of wine. They had a lovely guitarist playing and singing songs all evening. The ambiance was absolutely spectacular. I will be back and will recommend this to anyone who enjoys fine foods and a beautiful atmosphere
service lacked, nothing worse when you go to a place and the waiter thinks he is right. Menu was well overpriced for the quality and portion size.

Went for a birthday party, we didn't get the area we reserved. Our drink order took over 30 minutes to take and deliver. The waiter seemed "lost". When the reservation was made we were told we could get a particular item off the munch menu for dinner. The waiter argued with us to the point we had to ask to speak to the manager. The pasta was of perfect tenderness, but over priced for the serving size. Overall, a huge disappointment for all.
Food is amazing as always. Great friendly helpful staff. Atmosphere is awesome

Had an amazing experience! Came here for our 7th Anniversary dinner. Julian our server was excellent and very attentive (even chased away a bee he saw me trying to wave away). The food was great and the portions were generous. Only gave the atmosphere 4 stars as Lakeshore is such a busy street but still appreciate that they have a nice little patio. Will definitely dine here again.

It was a nice evening so we ate on the patio. We had a zucchini appetizer - the florets were delicious. I had the trout and my husband the veal parmesan. Both were delicious but portions were huge and too much to finish. The creme brulee dessert done perfectly. Great red wine and after dinner liqueur rounded out a perfect evening out.

This was our first visit to Pulcinella, and we're very glad we gave it a try. All of the food was lovely. Delicious, and lovingly prepared and served. And very honest Italian portions!
The calamari was light, tender, and not at all oily. The veal parm was generous, with a perfect side pasta featuring a fantastic homemade sauce that we'd have cheerfully bought by the jar. And the pizza was just perfect.
We'd definitely recommend Pulcinella for anything from date night to a gathering of friends, to a quick after-work treat. We will be back!

Lovely waiter. Patio service was great but rude noisy drivers made it difficult to talk. We could have been inside your restaurant but covid fears and you had a musician outside! Thank you for a pleasant summer evening.

Really enjoyed the Winterlicious menu. Had the veal piccata (which is why I chose this restaurant as I was heading home and had just come from a play in Toronto and I had not been here before and this was the specific entree I was looking for on the Winterlicious restaurant choices). It was terrific as was the arancini appetizer and tiramisu. Very attentive and personable service. Lovely decor. Will definitely head back there again when I'm in the area again.

Most of the food was great but a couple of notable exceptions in the pasta area. Our server was friendly but not overly engaging - depends on what you want from them I suppose. My pasta (Penne Alla Vodka) was starchy, swimming in too much sauce (sauce was good though) and the bacon was next to non-existent and what was there was fatty and tasteless. However, arancini, caprese salad, tiramisu, lemon cheesecake - all were excellent. Valpolicella wine was also spectacular
