Maybe your staff should be educated, there is a clearly written bylaw saying you have to allow mask exemptions for people with disabilities. Do you harass wheelchair people? Not that you can opt out. Not that you can have your own policy. But that you SHALL allow...not maybe..you must. Its in the bylaw, its in the Human Rights code, its in the provincial business statutes. Look it up. Beside the fact I was half out the door, 15 feet from her, + barrie lll file a human rights complaint on Monday.
