I hosted my birthday party this past April at Casa Manila (group of 30!) I was esctastic to discover that they hosted a Sunday brunch buffet with their top menu selections. Mila was my contact and she was AMAZING. Food was absolutely delicious! I had several guests with a diverse array of dietary restrictions (including vegetarian and no pork). Every single guest complimented the selection and quality of food. We all left with fully satisfied bellies. I definitely recommend this place!

Authentic Filipino Food

Love this place, their Sour Soup Pork and Grilled Squid is to die for. $10-15 per dish.

Great Service. The Lechon Kawqli Crispy pork belly was excellent and so was crispy fried chicken skin Highly recommend the calamansi mojitos. Rest of the food was ok. It was a great evening, but was bit pricey for that type of food. Still the Kamayan dinnee was a great experience.

OMG the best experience ever. I was very hesitant going because my 1st experience was horrible. The staff was very patient & explained everything as well as answered our many questions. The manager visited every table asking how everything was. We weren't rushed in any way. The vegan/vegetation options were fantastic! Thank you, will definitely recommend & come back.

Amazing service and the food was perfect! Better than we expected. Servers were all very helpful and accomodating and the owner even approached us a few times to talk. He was also very involved in running food and keeping up service throughout the night. We already started to recommend it to other family members and we are definitely returning! Great job!

Food is good, slightly disappointed that kamayan is with steamed rice and not garlic rice. Meat taste great. Items are on the pricey side, and not very pleased that tip was already added to the bill - before tax and when they bring you the payment terminal, they again ask if you would like to tip. Be careful of double tipping.

The food at Casa Manila was good however I had a ton of issues with my experience with the restaurant overall. So, prior to the reservation, I had booked online one week in advance for the premium seafood kamayan dinner. Then, called a couple of days later to confirm via telephone and to also provide my credit card information for the deposit. I specified garlic rice when confirming my reservation by phone. When we arrived on Sunday June 24, the people were confused with what we were having for dinner and sat us at a non-kamayan table and then moved us to a kamayan table. This was mildly annoying and I guess set the tone as to what we were to expect for the evening. Then, a waitress came by and reread my order, which she reiterated garlic rice and I confirmed. When the food came out, there was no garlic rice. When I asked about it, the waitress was like, oh I think you misunderstood, the garlic rice is an extra charge, and I was like.. I know!!! I asked for it!!! She was like, okay, we will bring it out on the side, but they never did. Also, expect really slow service. We were there for 2.5 hours. It was a combination of waiting for a long time for our food, and the wait time between the main meal and dessert was extra long. And finally, it was extremely difficult to find anyone working there to give us our bill. Then they had the audacity to charge me for the garlic rice that I never got. When I said that, the waiter's response was "are you sure!?" He eventually credited the $4 back and also said that he gave us an extra $1 back, so credited me back $5 total on a $250 bill. Additionally, I was unaware that there was going to be an automatic 20% tip for the dinner. I did not see it on their menu online, nor was I told on the telephone nor was I told when we arrived. Lastly, they just called me today, on June 25, 2018 to ask me if I had a reservation for today. I have no idea why they are so confused and disorganized. The food overall was very good. It was very unfortunate that we did not get the garlic rice because I've been told by others who've had kamayan that the garlic rice is really good. This was my first kamayan experience, and I enjoyed it, but I do not think I would come back to Casa Manila. I'd rather try another place.

I have been here in Canada for 15yrs, so far this is the best Filipino food I have tried. Everything was prepared fast and very tasty. Crispy pork belly was spectacularly delicious, ginataang gulay na kalabasa, and laing were both favorites among my friends. Sisig was crispy and gone in an instant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere and service was top notch and absolutely excellent. They were tremendously accommodating and amazing to deal with. For the Kamayan, the food and presentation were wonderful. Specifically the lumpia and adobo were really delicious. Each employee took time out of their day to speak to us and see how we were doing. Even the manager/owner came by to check on us too. Just some additional feedback about the BBQ Pork skewers. These were really fatty and had tendons in it which was a little bit of a damper but did not affect the overall experience which we had. We would definitely go back again and try other food.

Warm and friendly staff. Had some mix up with my bill and waited a bit but the food was excellent. A bit pricey. One pitcher of margarita and kamayan for 2 came to just under $120. Will be back.

Food and service was great. When Ate Mila, the owner got there, she just lit up the atmosphere with her happy and positive vibes. She is a great hostess to everyone. Followed by Jade and the other two waitresses.

We had a lunch buffet at Casa Manila on Mother's Day. We have been a repeat customer. As always, we loved the ambiance, the great selection of food and the friendly and attentive customer service. The manager/owners were very nice. The whole fine dining experience was superb. It made us always feel like we were in Manila - our home sweet home. Thank you.

Went for Sunday brunch buffet and it was amazing! There were so many items that I was barely able to try everything and it was all made with care and with great ingredients! Anytime I have friends interested in trying good authentic Filipino food, I always bring them to Casa Manila! They never disappoint!

I asked for medium spicy for our Kamayan meals, turned out very bland. We had to ask three times and to have our water refilled and waited and waited for service. Waitress couldn't figure out how to split the bill to 2/3 and 1/3 and made us wait 30 mins for the bill and still she wasn't able to split it. I'm sorry but I was embarrassed to have brought my friends here who were trying out the food for the first time.

Excellent dinner. Food was well-prepared and tasty. The owner was there and dropped by to see how we were doing. Whenever we think about having Filipino good, Casa Manilla is the place. Btw, there isn't a lot of parking right in front, but there is always parking available at the Galleria supermarket, a 5 minute walk away.

It was a disappointment, I wanted my family and friends to try a new cultural experience so I went for the Kamayan Feast, whereby I already preordered our food. We had reservation for 11am on Friday, we were on time, we had to wait for our table as they were setting it up with banana leaves, no issues with that. After we seated we ordered virgin Pina Colada, it took them 1/2 hour to bring that to us. The starters, soup and chicken skin was good. The food came out after an hour and it was not warm, closer to the cooler side. They told us when the food came rice was unlimited but no one came to ask us if we wanted more rice. We had to ask for refill of water, the first server we asked, forgot about it. The second server we asked came and filled one coconut cup with water and left without filling the rest of the cups. We were done eating in 30 mins, told the server we were ready for dessert, which was pre-ordered. She came with 6 plastic bowls and spoons and left it on the next table and disappeared. When another server came by I asked if we should move to the next table for the dessert, she said yes. And after another 30 mins the dessert came but it was the wrong order, I preordered Ultimate Halo Halo but they brought Buko Pandan. I had to call the server back to ask what it was as it did not look anything like the one I ordered online (I had printed a copy of the menu i colour and hand it with me). No apologies, she wanted to change it for us, since we anticipated it would take another 30 minutes we decided to just eat it. Just as the dessert came I asked for our bill. We did not like the dessert, asked for the bill again from another server, no bill came, finally had to ask again the 3rd time before we got the bill. They seem to be attending to all the other tables except my table. We were the first group to arrive at the restaurant and the only group to have ordered the Kamayan feast, $30 per person plus 20% gratuities and we were almost the last ones to leave at 1pm. The others went for the buffet which was fine by me, but I felt we were deserted by the serving staff throughout the time we were there. My total bill was $242 for 5 adults and 1 child, no alcohol, 20% tips was compulsory for the Kamayan feast, which was already included in the bill when it came, plus she asked if I wanted to add an additional tip. She can ask for additional tip why didn't they ask if we wanted additional water? why didn't the server apologize for bringing the wrong dessert? why didn't any of the servers stop by to ask if we wanted more "unlimited" rice, we didn't want any rice, but that is not the point. Service sucked, we were the forgotten table in the whole beautiful restaurant.
