The kitchen mixed up our order and caused my wife's meal to come ten minutes after everyone else. However, the server was very good and made sure a completely fresh meal was provided at no cost. I appreciate the service!

Everything was great. We had the superfood salad with salmon, burger and nachos. My only note is please advise that the mac & cheese has lobster. My family member almost ordered it and she's vegetarian. We didn't notice anywhere saying it had lobster. Otherwise great service as usual! Good spot!!

Being a beautiful day on the 3rd floor patio, it was very busy and our server was run off his feet. Considering that, he was very personable and did the best he could. Loved my fish tacos and the burger was real meat.

Great atmosphere. Live music was entertaining, but didn't overpower the room. Very busy, but service was efficient.

Good food great service. We went here because someone told us their rooftop patio was great for watching the air show. We had been to the CNE already and we weren't interested in going again so we thought this was a great idea! When we got there the rooftop patio was closed. We sat on the other patio but it wasn't that great. We ordered an appetizer and drinks but we would have ordered meals if we had a good spot to watch the air show. Using your rooftop patio on days like this would be great for everyone!

The food here is good, and comparable to similar other restaurants in the Toronto area. The manager Melissa (?) is friendly and affable, and what you would want in the management of a pub; the same can be said of the server. As with many Toronto brewery/pubs, the selection of darker beers is limited (mostly lagers/pilsner/IPA). However, they have a nice whiskey selection My having limited knowledge regarding "Island Whiskey" (as opposed to the peaty Islay whiskey). I inquired for some further info, without success. What I now know is that Island whiskeys are a milder form of hybrid between Scotch Highland whiskeys and the Islay (I was not able to secure this information out of the staff there). Now knowing this info - I definitely would have wanted to try one (and they are not inexpensive pours!). Apart from all this, they make some lovely sangrias and other mixed drinks. I cannot speak well on their Irish pub food, as I had a salad with grilled chicken, pear, and pomegranate, with sesame dressing. For me at that time, it was perfect. It is definitely a recommend, just don't expect too much help on their specialty whiskey list!

Waited an hour for food, our six meals went to wrong table and was left, we went and retrieved our own food, then was cold . Was taken away and microwaved after we complained There was nothing offered complimentary, in fact one bill was charged 11 dollars each for thee glasses of 7 dollar merlot and a beer that was not ordered. When we checked drink menu there isn't even a wine that is 11 dollars a glass . Although the atmosphere is good we feel we will not return

Reserved a table for five to grab a drink before catching a game, was given a small four-person table with five seats. Ordered nachos that took 45 minutes to make and came out soggy. Calamari was cold. Server was trying her best, but bar was clearly understaffed. Delays in food/service/settling up had us miss the start time of a game. Would not go back.

My reservation was canceled by the restaurant a week after I made the reservation only days before. All 6 of my friends went elsewhere, i left comments and feedback on the message board with no response. Then to receive a request from me to confirm my reservation even though Brazen Head canceled it. Not sure who is managing clientele but something needs to change with communication and sometimes picking up the phone goes a long way. I will never go to Brazen Head again and will share my experience with everyone. Unless someone actually reads this and actually tried to reach out to me, your establishment is last on my list in Liberty Village.
