Absolutely delicious Middle Eastern food that is done and presented very well. The lamb shank just fell off the bone. The lamb burger was a huge hit with the 16 year old son who also proclaimed the lamb poutine "really really good". The cauliflower entree was tasty and roasted well. The only minor complaint is no decaf coffee offerings which would have capped off a wonderful meal perfectly (without keeping one up on a work night)

Your restaurant was highly recommended and I took the risk in having my sister's birthday at your restaurant. She was completely impressed on how your food and service was, I was super happy that everything went really well. The food was fantastic very fresh, flavorful and just delicious and the server we had was very accommodating, cool and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to have a small menus on your coffee and desserts even if you don't have a large option but at least its there and viable. Overall 100 stars is what you deserve

The District Social is my favourite restaurant on all counts - GREAT food - so many special choices, FRIENDLY servers who make you feel as welcome as family! A great vibe without attitude! Highly recommended for brunch, lunch or dinner!!! Barbara & Family

My husband and I invited our children and grandchildren to meet us at your restaurant yesterday knowing we could count on it being consistently terrific in every respect based on the several times we’ve gone in the past few years. We were all giving it a 5/5 rating. Superb food, great atmosphere (open, large and yet very welcoming ) and excellent service. We always order our grandchildren’s food first and ask that it come ahead of ours as soon as it’s ready. This works out perfectly for us all.

Outstanding food & service (Antonis was our server...thank you!). Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and service we got. The bread was by far the best I have ever had at any Mediterranean/middle Eastern place. It was a perfect evening and we could not have done any better by going to any other place.

We had a chance to try this restaurant out for the first time during the annual Winterlicious event, and we will definitely be back! The décor is sophisticated but relaxed, the service was attentive without "hovering", but the food is the main attraction! Interesting combinations, wonderful flavours and refined presentation. And did I mention, the pitas are made fresh onsite! We highly recommend this restaurant for that special night out, or just a casual gathering of friends. You won't be disappointed.

Food was prepared perfectly, especially the meat, which was tender and juicy, and was absolutely delicious!

The food and the service are spectacular! We ordered the mezes appetizer and it was perfect; from the hummus to the tabouli. It also paired really well with the sharing kabob plate. I recommend to ask for the garlic sauce and the garlic yogurt sauce as they added so much flavour. We also ordered the fish of the day (it was perch) it was seasoned perfectly, and the crust was the best! Also, our waiter, Antonis, was super helpful, very knowledgeable with the menu and so kind.

The temperature in the restaurant was too cold. There is also no sound buffering so it was loud and hard for us to converse with our friends. The food was superb and service was excellent.

We had a delightful dinner at District Social with friends. The food was fantastic! We loved all the delicious dips, the warm pita baked on site, the meatballs and roasted veggies. The food is middle eastern eclectic and just yummy! The atmosphere is a hip vibe that is warm and friendly. The service was superb. All the food came quickly and the waiter was so courteous and friendly.

We enjoyed everything about this fine restaurant the food was delicious the service was friendly and helpful and they always checked in to see if everything was OK we had a very enjoyable evening with friends from Montreal in this great restaurant!

Very slow to take orders. Food was fanatastic , probably one of the best falafels I’ve ever had and I’m middle eastern. However what happened after 11pm was beyond shocking. Turns into a club with 16 year old kids and raunchy young girls dancing on tables. Try the food leave before 11.

Ordered multiple items (appetizers, small plates, entrees, pizza) to share for our group of 4 people. Took a while for anything to come and then it all came at the same time (in fact the entree came before the appetizer!). We had to ask for them to stop and then had to ask again for them to bring the last item. Food quality was good but service really ruined the evening.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was excellent. We ordered lots of mezes and had two platters which were the perfect amount of food for our family meetup.

Amazing food - loved the crispy cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and fig/onion flatbread. Everything was excellent. A bit noisy but loved the open doors on a nice summer night. Would highly recommend!
