My friends and I went to Factory Girl last night for our monthly get together and we were so impressed with everything! Normally I don't write online reviews-- but I had to share how wonderful the service, food and experience was!
We had this adorable waitress who suggested we try any of the pizzas or pastas. We shared a bruschetta pizza appetizer, which was devoured instantly. I had the Ravioli and a glass of Pinot Noir as my main and have been dreaming of it all day. Could not recommend it enough!
I had the porto chicken, one of my friends had pizza, the other pasta. We were all really happy. The garlic linguine I ordered on the side was really good and garlicky. Pretty good service - can't wait to go back. The menu is nice and varied so you don't need to be in the mood for pasta or pizza. Great place.
What a great experience! Our meals were delicious and well presented. The calamari and bruschetta pizza were great starter choices. My daughter and I chose pasta dishes, and my husband had the tilapia. We shared a chocolate mousse for desert. Again, delicious!!!!!! I have to say that I was impressed by the vintage decor. Simple yet well stated. As we are in walking distance to Factory Girl, we will be walking there on a regular basis.
Went to Factory Girl with my wife for the first time this past Friday night. We only went for a drink with plans to go somewhere else for dinner. The name threw me off a bit and I didn't want to take a chance eating at a place I figured was a bar and not a restaurant. When we got there we sat at the bar and were greeted very warmly by the bartender. We noticed other peoples plates around the bar and the food looked good. The bartender made it clear that that she loved the food at her new job and that the calamari was the best in Toronto. Long story short we ate and the food was excellent. The restaurant has a very warm feel to it. I will return with friends.
We ate on the back patio...in November! It was actually a very nice experience ! The food was very delicious and hot (seems like they warm up the plate). We’ll be back!

Went out for our first date night since March. Service was great, food was delicious - worth finishing off with the apple crumble! Felt safe with the social distancing in place. Only wish they had string lights up. Would absolutely be back again.

I sat down just to have a couple of beers, but as a pang of hunger hit me, I remembered how much I enjoyed the Ploughman's Board I enjoyed the week before with a family member.
This Gastropub is nothing short of amazing, the wine selection, taps, wonderful food and as important the staff are unmatched.

We had a lovely dinner on the patio. The server took good care of us. We had wine, beer, pizza, and fish tacos. My friend has a lot of food allergies and they made an effort to ensure that she had food she could eat. The fish tacos (3) are a light meal so we added sweet potato fries. The pizza was delicious as always.

First time there. Quick and convenient Dinner close to the music Hall. Maybe an opportunity to offer a price fixe concert dinner special discount with proof of a ticket for quick in and out dining.
We had the fish and chips and the prime rib sandwich. very good and fresh. Nice waitstaff -will happily come back esp. during patio season. Thank you for a nice experience.

Great happening place. Food is great and servings were large. I had the vodka pasta....excellent choice.
I would definitely encourage you to give it a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
We are not from Toronto and had come up to see a concert at the Danforth Music Hall. Be prepared to be frustrated looking for parking.
Whether you're heading out for a day of shopping the sales or you're spending a quiet day at home, one way or another, you're going to be hungry.Many restaurants are open on December 26th including the following establishments:
This back patio just east of the Danforth despite not being near water, has the feel of being on the lake.
Drenched in sunshine, you can catch some rays while digging into their fantastic Roma style pizza. Go with the Margherita if you want classic.
Of course, there is much more to the menu. Fresh pastas and salads are fantastic too. And a hearty wine and drinks list means you’ll want to extend your stay just a little longer.
Ontario craft beer tastes fine enough on its own but when you pair it with a tray of prime rib sliders, it goes down even better. And, instead of adding regular fries on the side, opt for sweet potato for extra deliciousness. If you’re really famished, try the six oz burger topped with cheddar and bacon and a side of red wine gravy poutine. Move your food to the patio for a great dining experience.
