Our waiter Jeremy was great! Really knowledgeable about the menu and beer selection. Very friendly!

We needed a little extra help navigating through the dining room with a wheelchair. We found the staff very attentive and helpful despite the very busy time we arrived. The service was attentive without being overly intrusive. Overall, despite the very narrow spaces that make an establishment less wheelchair accessible, we had a very nice experience. Thank you.

Much better than we anticipated. The curry has good spice and the fish and chips were excellent...crisp batter and moist fish.

Service very nice and friendly, food is great but tables crowded, too close together felt cramped and we are not big people!!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our fish and chips but my son wasn't impressed with his burger and thought pub fries should be big, not skinny. My signature citrus gin cocktail was delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive. We loved being beside the fire.

Disappointed, came from out of town for the Rubens show at the AGO and your famous Prime Rib dinner. Not available. Substitutes were good except the crab cakes which were charred on the outside and soggy on the inside. Otherwise all was good.

We had a great time, but felt a bit jammed in like sardines. Food was great except the fish from the fish and chips was overdone - hard crust and dry fish. Tour of brewery was great.

The built in the 18% gratuity was too much for the quality of service we received and was not communicated to us so many of us extra tipped. Not good.

We made a dinner reservation online for the day of the 'Oktoberfest party' evening, but when we showed up we were told to spend $20 ea. for 'event entrance'. There was no mention of that during the reservation process, and even the event advertisement didn't mention anything about mandatory entrance fee. Since we didn't want to spend $40 for two beers, which weren't even Oktoberfest brews, let alone authentic Munich beer, we left disappointed. Bad client management. Will not come back.

Our group - 25 persons were promptly received - seated and served. Most of use had played hockey in Toronto and were en route to a Leafs Pre-seaon game..so timing was critical in terms of eating - etc All food was as per our order..beer was cold, Service staff were all courteous- fun! Many of my group commented upon the above These are the reasons why we includ Mill Street as part of our annual Group trip to Toronto!

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Mill Street Brew pub. I have been several times in the past as I have a Soulpepper subscription, but I found that the menu has been drastically reduced, the quality of the food is not as good as it once was and the service was mediocre. I don't think I will be eating here again.
