Small house but fast service. Friendly. Family style. Staff very knowledgeable on food. Duck was amazing. Loved the vibe. This will be on my frequent revisit list.

I go here every other Sunday for steak Frites and other nights and it is always outstanding. Food is awesome, service is incredible. One of the best in the city!

Absolutely delightful flavours! We have the 1/2 chicken, the scrumptious brussel sprouts and cheese onion soup. Service was amazing and timely. Atmosphere provided a cool vibe! Make reservation because even in a Monday night it’s busy. Enjoy!

My daughter suggested this as where she wanted to go for her birthday dinner. The food was delicious! Our faves....steak tartar, oysters, mushrooms, brussel sprouts and the french onion soup. Definitely going back soon.

Went for a catch up with a good friend and had a fantastic meal! The service was great. We went on a Tuesday specifically for the buck a shuck deal and buck an ounce wine deal. Definitely cannot go wrong with either. But we also ordered the steak tartare amd french onion soup and both were stellar. We finished the dinner off with the key lime cheese cake and vanilla pavlova and both were delish but i will definitely order the key lime cheesecake for myself next time!!! Had a great experience and this little resto.

Cozy little restaurant. Great vibe. Not too loud not crowded. Food is amazing. Portions are perfect to be shared between each other so you can try multiple things from the menu! Asparagus and brussel sprouts are a must!

One of the best meals I have ever had!

Some yummy dishes. Tuna excellent. Scallops lame. Gordon would ask where the rest of the scallops are. Cheese puff also could be a tad better but still yum. Crab soup is interesting. Desserts are good for sure. Pork main is so so. Brussel deputy amazing.

Vibe was good. Food looked great although we just popped in for oysters. A little disappointed in the oyster selection tbh, but well executed. Service was a bit overbearing and speech-y even though we mentioned we were just in for snacks and a cocktail. Would come back to eat a full meal for sure.

Intimate service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Being able to see their world class bartending and kitchen staff at work is a treat. Will surely be back- thanks for having us!

Fantastic meal at a fantastic little gem in Parkdale. Every dish we had was really tasty. Highly recommend for couples or small parties.

Chantecler is our favourite neighborhood spot and a go-to 'date night' location! We love the cocktails and wine selection and always look forward to mixing our order up to include seasonal specials with classic/mainstay dishes! Service is friendly and the music playing from the record player is always spot on.
