Étant en vacances au Canada avec mes parents nous avions voulu aller à l'aquarium de Toronto et donc bien sûr avant d'y aller manger quelque chose tout près. Nous ne sommes absolument pas déçu de ce restaurant ayant un très bon rapport qualité/prix avec un personnel agréable. Je recommande.

14 of us came here for dinner after a convention. They were fast in accommodating us (we reserved online), giving us water, taking drink orders and our meal orders. Atmosphere was great, it was still quiet at 6 pm. Then more people came in and the place livened up. Food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and dessert. Thank you to all the servers who took turns bringing our orders.

Our server was a 5 star but it was the timing of the bar and the food that was the problem. We were there for an hour before we even got a drink. 2 hours to get food and one persons meal came 2.5 hrs after we arrived and when everyone else was finished eating. One persons meal never came. The place was packed..you need more staff/bigger kitchen to serve that many people

Our waitress was great! Service perfect! Coffee, desserts & prosciutto pizza were 5 star. My friends were not crazy about their pasta dishes. The gnocchi needed more flavour & there was very little sausage in the pesto dish.

Thank you Taverna Mercatto team for doing such a great job with my milestone birthday! The food was amazing! Special mention to the Cali Cut steak, a few people said it was the best steak they have ever had.
The service impeccable and attentive. I really felt taken care of and celebrated! Sorry we stayed past your closing time, I didn't even realize that we were the last ones there. Everyone did such a lovely job. I would highly recommend for group dinners and special occasions!

We love this restaurant. Staff and food are both amazing. The tables are very close together and you can hear multiple conversations while eating your dinner. Would be better with a bit more distance.

Prompt response when modifying reservation last minute.
Louder than I'd like, and tables rather close. Thankfully we had a corner table that gave us space and seclusion.
Delicious food: arancini, calamari, crudo, mushroom pizza, lobster spaghetti. Kale salad needed some oomph.
Good beverage selection. Cappuccino at the end wasn't hot enough but needed to leave.
Attentive but not overbearing service.
Not rushed through. 5 people, about 2 hours.
It's been a long two years without visiting... Wil be back soon!

My kids are now 13 and 9 and this is the restaurant they asked to visit when we spent the day in Toronto…they remember it from 2 years ago when we were last here. They love it. The service is impeccable. Food is delicious. Great place to eat for families, couples and when on business. I even ran into my cousin as I was walking out! my family has good taste!
