Great atmosphere, delicious food, and an excellent server!

so dark it was hard to read the menus; other tables seemed to have a least a candel lit - not ours. service was excellent; menu is limited. food was fair, very small portions, and over priced for the value; drinks are also over-priced. this is my second visit; won't be returning.

This was a wonderful and fantastic venue for a romantic evening. I would recommend it!

Excellent in general, esp the soup (heavenly) but also tartare, petoncles, veal, creme brule, all supurb. My chicken was too salty (but I should have known with capers), and the veggies with the veal were quite salty also. We are a family of low salt (as it is bad for you) so I would not order that again. Service and ambiance excellent.

I've enjoyed my visit here at La Squadra, for a late night dinner, they have excellent service, the food is good quality, and at last the atmosphere was okay, a bit noisy but nice.

We had a family dinner at the restaurant before a show. The service was excellent, overall atmosphere very nice although a bit noisy but you can't help that in a busy restaurant. All three salads(appetizers) were tasty however two of us had a pasta dish as a main(cacio e pepe). I've had this dish many times in Italy and also other restaurants in Canada but this was the worst I've ever had, basically a brick of pasta stuck together, dry and very-very hard to chew(not al dente but undercooked). The fish dish the third of us had was reported to be delicious and the portion was generous.

First time and will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at La Squadra celebrating our anniversary. The food and atmosphere was fantastic. As solely English speakers we felt welcomed and respected. We felt a little neglected at times when it got really busy, almost as if there weren't enough waitstaff, but when we were waited on the service was impeccable. Highly Recommend.

Everything was fabulous

Arancini was not very flavourful, but bucatini amatriciani was delicious. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was busy but pleasant until a very large group of about 20 people rose to leave and took 15 minutes to stand around their table talking and laughing so loudly to each other in the middle of the restaurant, it became very annoying and excessivley loud. Management did nothing about it despite many other customers being obviously annoyed. Too bad. It made for a less enjoyable evening.

Fantastic food. Waitress was amazing. There was not enough wait staff for the number of people in the restaurant. We could see our waitress working very hard but her attention to our table was hampered by how much she was doing.

We very much enjoyed our dinner last evening. The service and food were both excellent. We were staying in the area for some rest and relaxation and chose this location based on comments from previous patrons....they were not wrong. The food was fabulous, the staff very friendly and easily moved from french to english and back again as required.

Cold garlic bread. Long wait for service. Plates where not worth $30 a piece. My home pasta meal taste better than that. The meal cost us $140.00 but only worth $70.00 at the most.

Food, wine, service, and ambiance was, as always, excellent.

Beef ravioli was ok but the meat part had a taste that was a bit off. Tomato sauce was 10 out of 10 so was the appetizer was delicious.

The restaurant is very attractive, nice ambience and lively. Service was first class. Our server, Rene, was very professional and provided excellent service. They have a very, diverse menu, food was excellent, and very fair food and wine prices.

An extremely enjoyable experience. The service was very good for a mid-week outing. The four different meals we ordered were excellent and we would definitely recommend this restaurant for the tasty food and well presented plates. Also the wine suggestion was very much appreciated.
