Perfect setting for safe distancing, great food and a nice experience with raclette (or fondue).

Very pleasant atmosphere; all staff wore masks; guests maintained physical distance; food was delicious; friendly staff; reasonable prices; more than adequate food portions.

If I could give the whole experience more than 5 stars, I would. The food was great, the waiter was absolutely wonderful and charming and the atmosphere was spectacular as ever.

Last year when I have visited Ottawa with my husband we had dinner at this restaurant and it was great. Past week end I booked this restaurant for my mother/daughter weekend getaway. It was the same great experience. Food and service were great. Although the restaurant was packed we got our food fast.

Our waiter and the host were positively delightful. It's rare to find a good place for raclette. I highly recommend it.

Food is good, but service is quite bad. Not friendly, almost impolite.

I have been to Meule et Caquelon a few times over the years. Always a good experience and excellent food. Generally we go as a group of friend, the style of dining is good for a slower European eating experience, more time can be spent talking and catching up as we eat.

Fantastic!! It was our first time there and our server Eric was amazing. He was very friendly and helped us with our choices. We will definitely be back...this time with more people just before Christmas.

Didnt know what to expect, but wow! The woman that helped us was absolutely amazing and funny. She made the experience so much better and she was extremely knowledgeable. Food was wonderful, atmosphere was great. We will absolutely be repeat customers!

Everything was great. Despite being a busy Saturday night, we received attentive service and good food. Each time we've eaten here, we've been happy with the restaurant.

We had such a great time here. From our host, who went out of his way to make sure our experience was excellent, to our waitress who tended to our young family's needs to the great atmosphere of being in Swiss farmhouses. The food was delicious and the drinks were plentiful. Our host was even kind enough to track me down the best morning, on a holiday no less, to return my jacket I'd left there. I highly recommend and we will be back!

I loved our 10th wedding anniversary supper there. Our beautiful waitress was always smiling and even posed with us for a picture. We shall return soon!
