The service was excellent. Everyone, especially our waitress was extremely friendly. Even though the restaurant was full and we were the only ones eating outside, the staff still remembered to check in on us. We loved the seating area outside. Though it was raining, we chose to sit outside because of the beautiful lights. We always felt warm due to the warmers close by. The food was delicious. It was our one year wedding anniversary, and the staff made it so special. We loved the surprise dessert. Thank you so very much. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

The service was very disappointing. The way the waiter handle a situation and spoke to us was super unprofessional. When I spoke to the manager he came with the same energy as the waiter, he wasn’t even standing straight while we were speaking, he was leaning on the window, the body language was showing that he did not take my comments seriously. When I explained to him that the only thing that differentiates restaurants is the service and the way they handle situation (showing empathy, and sincerely apologies) that’s when he apologized. The apology didn’t seem genuine and was clearly just to shut us up. The experience for our group of 8 was super disappointing. Just an advice for the owner, as mentioned to the manager, if something’s isn’t possible, rather than replying to the customer with a rude tone and dismissing them, try to be more professional and feel for the customer. Please take this as a great coaching opportunity for your servers AND your managers. *Update* after reading our email, they sent us 2 desserts to share for our table. As we we’re walking out one of the waitresses walked up to us and said “merci pour notre beau courriel”. This exactly proves my point of the lack of quality of service. I’m a strong believer that your teams service is a projection of the managers (leading by example). That unnecessary comment from that waitress (which wasn’t even our waitress) left a bad taste in our mouth. Again, I hope the director of the restaurant uses this unfortunate experience to coach their team to do better..

The white sangria pitcher was the worst we have ever had , it tasted like just a pitcher of watered down wine. We mentioned it to the waiter who said he would forward the message to the manager? .....there was no follow up by anyone

Delicious meal - great steak frites and wonderful caesar salad to start - and very good service (English or French). Only issue was that we waited nearly half an hour for our reserved table. Would go back; nice place, excellent food.

We enjoyed a very good meal here at Le Grill St. Georges. The atmosphere is a little too loud for our tastes, but the service and friendliness all around was wonderful. The food was good.

First table we were seated at was right near a swinging door into the pub...which was cold, in between competing sound systems and so dark you couldn't read the menu. This table should be completely removed from the restaurant! Luckily we were able to get a better table to enjoy the delicious meal of beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes and vegetables!! Highly recommend the food and service! Our second visit here and it didn't disappoint!

An absolutely delicious meal served in a really cosy and inviting setting. Everything was topnotch, but the tuna ceviche starter was a particular standout.
